Our fees are based on Dr. Faber’s expertise and quality results and the costs associated with providing exceptional care. Payments for services can be made with cash, personal check, debit card or credit card.  Care Credit is another possibility. We do not accept managed care plans or government sponsored programs.

If you have a dental plan and provide us with the necessary information, we will be happy to create an itemized billing and either provide it to you or send it to your company.
